Our philosophy is to strengthen the weaknesses in your body, to increase your mobility which will help you swing the golf club better.
The golf movement is very complex, it requires that you have good MOBILITY, STRENGTH, BALANCE and STABILITY. If you exercise properly, you can develop a swing that is both stable and compact. The goal is that you should be able to repeat the same swing over and over again and stay injury free!
