What information do we collect?

How do we use and process your data?
All such data are archived on Mercator Group servers and are only handled by expressly authorized employees or suppliers of server hosting services with whom we have a contract and a confidential agreement.

Our goal is always to provide the best possible service to our clients so we can use the information of your personal data obtained so that we can make known all the relevant information of your interest for the purpose of our activity development, information divulgation or promotional actions, and for commercial or marketing actions, in particular to promote actions to divulgation new products and services through direct communication, either by correspondence, by electronic mail, messages or telephone calls or any other electronic communications service, which may be transmitted to other Mercator Group companies.

It is the exclusive responsibility of clients to manage the access codes, not sharing them with third parties, and in the case of the computer applications used to access the channels, to maintain and keep the access devices in a safe condition.
In the case of subcontracting by the Mercator Group to third parties who may have access to the personal data of clients, they will be obliged to adopt the security measures and protocols necessary to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as prevent unauthorized access, loss or destruction of personal data.
Exercise of Rights of Owners of Personal Data
Portugal Meglerens clients may, at any time, exercise their rights of data protection and privacy, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, limitation or opposition to the treatment, under the terms and with the limitations in the applicable standards.
Any request for the exercise of data protection and privacy rights must be addressed in writing by the respective owner to Portugal Megleren.
Incident Reporting
