About me:

With golf as my main interest along with the education that I have in training and wellness, I have found my dream job. What can be more fun than helping golfers reach their goals.

With joy and energy I coach my students. I am always on hand for injuries or rehab.

I have worked as a physical trainer and junior trainer for Gräppås GK & Kungsbacka GK where I was a part of the lovely training teams.

I coached Gräppås women’s team for a time where we advanced up to the elite series.

Additionally I have worked at Actimera as a PT trainer, where I also gave treatments.

My interest besides golf is skiing – I love to ski and spent many winter trips in the Swedish mountains as a ski teacher.

The most important word for me is JOY.

My Philosophy

I work with showing the student how the body moves and which muscles work. Awareness means that the student gets a completely different understanding of how a good and efficient swing should look, which means that they themselves can relate to their own swing and train the movement properly.

We all have different patterns of movement depending on our physique, therefore each swing is unique.
